Shipping and Returns
Locations and Timing
We ship worldwide. Shipping times depend on source of artwork and location of the buyer. Expect a shipping time of 2-3 weeks. If you want to expedite your order, please contact us and we will do as much as we can to accommodate your needs.
Unless indicated otherwise, all paintings are shipped unframed and unstretched. For interested customers, we can assist with these services. Costs will vary by product size and other requests from the customer.
We do not shop to PO Boxes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. Customers who list a PO Box as their shipping address will be contacted by a Tatu Gallery representative to provide an acceptable address.
TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. We are happy to provide any information we can, but customers are responsible for researching any taxes or customs charges which may apply.
Items purchased directly from Tatu Gallery are eligible for returns. Proof of purchase are required for all returns. Customers who purchased works directly from Tatu Gallery are eligible to return the work within 30 days of receiving the work. For more information on a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs on any returns.
